This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and DAYWON Application LLC ("Company" or "We") for the use of DAYWON.app ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant DAYWON Application LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software solely for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Rent, lease, or distribute the Software to third parties.
Use the Software for unlawful purposes.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
3. Ownership The Software is licensed, not sold. DAYWON Application LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including intellectual property rights.
4. Updates and Maintenance DAYWON Application LLC may provide updates or maintenance for the Software. Such updates may be automatic and are subject to this Agreement.
5. Privacy Policy Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://daywon.app/blog/privacy-policy/privacy-policy.
6. Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated. DAYWON Application LLC may terminate it if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability In no event shall DAYWON Application LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of USA, Colorado.
